You must be registered on our online scheduling system to attend any class or workshop - this is where you'll sign your disclaimer. Members and Non Members must create accounts to use our scheduling system.
Everyone is strongly encouraged to pre-register as we carefully control class sizes. If you don’t have internet access, call our office and we’ll register you. If you show up as a drop-in and space is available, you will be registered then admitted. If you drop-in and the class is FULL, you will NOT be admitted. Priority for admittance is for pre-registered sign ups, and then if there are NO SHOWS, we will allow drop ins as long as it does not exceed the class ratio. If no one registers for a class up to two (2) hours before that class we maintain the right to cancel said class.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have a 2 hour cancellation policy. We understand schedules are busy and unpredictable things occur so as long as you cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled class you will not lose that class. The class will go back to your account and you will be able to use that credit for another class. If you cancel later than 2 hours, you will lose the class from your package but that space will open up so that another student may be able to attend the class in your space.
Monthly members will be charged $100 to their next monthly package if they late cancel or are no shows for more than 2 classes in any given month.
Private Classes and Workshops: We ask that you let us know at least 6 hours ahead of time if you need to cancel a private class or workshop attendance, otherwise you will lose your full payment. There are no refunds on late cancellations.
This is a safety issue, and we ask that you respect both our instructors and other students by showing up on time. The warm up session at the start at each class is extremely important. You should be dressed and ready to start your session at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for any class, you’ll only be allowed to join the class at the discretion of the instructor – provided you’re not the only attendee and the class hasn’t been cancelled.
WAIT LIST POLICY:
When classes are full, you can sign up to be on the wait list. Frequently, people cancel class attendance making room for those on the wait list. When a student cancels within the 2 hour cancellation period, you will receive a phone call letting you know you have been accepted into class. Only accept if you are able to attend as you will be held to the same cancellation policy as any other class you sign up for.
We respect the need for comfort and the privacy of our students, so during class sessions the studio is open only to class participants. If you arrive before your class time, kindly remain in our waiting area. After your session has ended kindly exit the studio so that the next class can start on time.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS:
Memberships and Punchcards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once classes are purchased, make sure you know the expiration date and use all classes before that date. We will not extend the expiration date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
PICTURES & FILMING:
Taking pictures and filming randomly, is not allowed in our classes. Please respect other students’ privacy. If you want to have your picture taken or be filmed, clear this with your instructor first and she’ll ensure that no other students’ images are captured.
FOOD & BEVERAGES:
Food & Beverages with the exception of bottled water is not allowed in the studio for regular classes and workshops.
